Table Mountain is however considered to be an old mountain when compared to other renowned mountains such as the Alps, Himalayas and Andes. Our day hikes are set on and around Table Mountain. It is our duty, as professional mountain guides, to hold a vast knowledge of hiking and trail running in South Africa.
